Protext does not collect personal data on the web site www.protext.xyz. We do employ cookies when you view or use our web site.

You directly provide Protext with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

All Protext email is securely stored on Protonmail servers in Switzerland. Your personal data is encrypted, password protected and stored securely on a dedicated computer at Protext’s offices and working files are stored on Google Drive or at github.com.

Protext will keep your personal data for as long as you remain our client or until we are requested to delete it. Working files you have submitted to us and the final versions we return to you are kept as long as you remain our client or until requested to delete them. At the time we no longer have a working relationship, we will delete your data by securely overwriting it on our server.

Marketing
Protext would like to send you information occasionally about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Protext from contacting you for marketing purposes.
